Drop-Off and Pick-Up

IMPORTANT!

Morning drop-off:  Please drive through the side lot and drop your child off at door 12 between 8:20 and 8:30. 

Please Note:  Door 12 will close at 8:30 am  – After 8:30, you and your child will need enter through door 1 and sign in at the main office. Parking is not permitted in the loops. Please park in the visitor parking spots in the WE parking lot.

Midday pickup:  Please notify the school Nurse (315-524-1138) with the date and time you need to pick up your child, as well as the reason for midday pick-up. When you arrive at WE, please come to the main office to sign your child out. It is important to note we are only able to release your child to the adults indicated for pickup in Schooltool. If you need to update this information, please contact the District Office.

3:05 pm dismissal:  We will dismiss students for parent pickup at 3:05 pm, from door 12. Please line up along the side of the building (in front of the  playground, west side of the school).  Please create a single line of cars at this time.  As you advance in the queue, please pull up to the cone, around the tree.
 

Club pickup at 4:00 pm: We will dismiss students for parent pickup from clubs at 4:00 pm, using door 12. If you are picking your child up after extracurricular activities, please line up along the side of the building (west side of the building, in front of the playground).  Please create a single line of cars at this time.  A club supervisior will assist with parent pickup.
