Dear Wayne Elementary families,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! We are so excited to welcome you and your family to another wonderful year at Wayne Elementary. This year is especially meaningful as we proudly expand our Wayne Elementary family to include our 2nd grade students. We are also thrilled to celebrate a very special milestone – Wayne Elementary's 100th birthday! Throughout the year, we'll honor our rich history while creating new memories together.

At Wayne Elementary, we believe that every child belongs in our school. We are a caring community of learners where students are encouraged and supported to grow academically, socially, and emotionally while striving each day to be their very best.

We celebrate our students' achievements, talents, acts of kindness, and contributions to our school community. Together, we foster the character traits that help make Wayne Elementary a welcoming, safe, joyful, and productive place where every student can learn, grow, and thrive.

We know that strong partnerships between home and school make a tremendous difference in children's success. We look forward to working alongside our families and community throughout the year to provide every student with an exceptional elementary experience.
